The CTET 2026 correction window is open at ctet.nic.in from September 7, 2026. Candidates can edit their CTET forms until September 10, 2026. No changes are allowed after that date. CTET is the Central Teacher Eligibility Test.
The Central Board of Secondary Education runs CTET. CBSE opened the CTET correction facility on September 7, 2026. It stays open for four days only. It shuts at the close of September 10, 2026.
Who can use the CTET correction window
Two groups can use the CTET correction window. The first group applied in the original window, from May 11 to June 10, 2026. The second group applied in the reopened window, from August 25 to September 1, 2026. Both groups can now fix their forms.
Why CBSE postponed the CTET September 2026 exam
The CTET correction window follows a postponement. CBSE had set the CTET exam for September 6, 2026. The board put it off after Supreme Court directions. The court said eligible teachers must get enough time to apply.
CBSE has not announced a new CTET exam date yet. The board will publish it on ctet.nic.in. Some reports name October 9, 2026, but that date is not confirmed. Treat it as expected, not final.

Only some fields can be edited in the CTET form. CBSE permits changes to candidate particulars and course details. The exact editable fields are shown on the portal. Read the rules before you save any change.

To make a CTET correction, open ctet.nic.in and log in. Use your registered credentials. Check every detail against your papers. Save before the window shuts. Nobody sends a reminder.
CTET is now in its 22nd edition. The exam runs offline, on pen and paper. Each paper lasts 2 hours 30 minutes. Paper 1 is for teachers of Classes 1 to 5. Paper 2 is for Classes 6 to 8.
