There is a second route as well. Amrita admits some B.Tech students on a JEE Main percentile. JEE Main is the national engineering entrance run by the National Testing Agency, or NTA.
Both routes lead to the Centralised Seat Allotment Process. That process is called CSAP.
Can you apply while still in Class 12?
Yes. Students appearing for Class 12 in 2027 can register for AEEE 2027.

The AEEE 2027 exam is a computer-based test of 100 questions. It carries 300 marks.
Each correct answer gives 3 marks. A wrong answer loses 1 mark.
The test lasts 150 minutes. That is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Questions cover Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Quantitative Aptitude. No subject-wise split for 2027 is out yet.
