Who can join the Seva First Innovation Challenge 2026?
The challenge is open to students from schools, ITIs, polytechnics, colleges and universities. ITI means Industrial Training Institute. There are three levels of entry.
School students from Class 6 to Class 12 enter at the Junior level. Here they spot local problems and build simple solutions or service ideas.
ITI and polytechnic students take the Technical level. They work on engineering, fabrication and electronics.

Yes. A student from a small town enters at the same cost as anyone else, which is zero. Registration needs only a mobile number and a one-time password. State screening is done by the National Institutes of Technology, so students do not travel until later stages.
